Ticket Policy

  • All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges
  • Only tickets purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
  • All ticket holders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.

Layaway Plan

We offer a layaway plan for your General Admission, VIP, Platinum, and VIP Cabana tickets to the festival. The layaway plan option can be selected at checkout during the transaction process. After your first payment, the follow-up payments will be drawn automatically from the same payment method on the specified due dates. Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following: 

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12.” 
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, i.e. Ziploc bag or something similar;  
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (and that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap; and
  • Clear plastic Hydration packs (empty upon entry), i.e. clear plastic CamelBak bag or     something similar.

For the avoidance of doubt, iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; they must be clear.

Safety at Once Upon a Time in LA

We want every fan to feel safe at the festival. Specific questions regarding safety, security, medical, and any others can be directed to info@onceuponatimeinlafest.com If you have an immediate need while on-site seek out any festival staffer, police, fire, or security personnel.

Current Health Policy

Details on the festival entry process will be available in early November.

The safety of fans, artists and staff remains our top priority.  Once Upon A Time in LA Fest organizers are in regular communication with local health and public safety officials and will follow all current recommendations and guidelines in place at the time of the festival.  As the weekend approaches, Once Upon A Time in LA Fest patrons will receive regular updates with important information regarding safety protocols, policies and procedures before entering Banc of California Stadium and Exposition Park, which will also be shared at www.onceuponatimeinlafest.com, on social media and via the Once Upon a Time in LA Fest email list.  

COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists and employees.  You must follow all posted instructions while attending Once Upon a Time in LA.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending Once Upon a Time in LA, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Security Screening & Entry

For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.
