  • All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges
  • Only tickets purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will not be allowed entry.
  • All ticket holders must pass through security and are subject to bag inspection. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.

Layaway Plan

We offer a layaway plan for your General Admission, VIP, Platinum, and VIP Cabana tickets to the festival. The layaway plan option can be selected at checkout during the transaction process. After your first payment, the follow-up payments will be drawn automatically from the same payment method on the specified due dates. Allowed & Prohibited


Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

NO backpacks, purses or bags are allowed to be brought into the venue, EXCEPT for the following: 

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12.” 
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags, i.e. Ziploc bag or something similar;  
  • Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand (and that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5”), with or without a handle or strap; and
  • Clear plastic Hydration packs (empty upon entry), i.e. clear plastic CamelBak bag or     something similar.

For the avoidance of doubt, iridescent, color-tinted, and opalescent bags are NOT allowed; they must be clear.

When you reserve a locker online, you will receive an email 24-hours before the fest containing your locker location, locker number, and lock combination so you can simply find and use your locker. You will have unlimited access to your locker throughout the day.

Lockers will be offered in both the GA and VIP areas.

Safety at Once Upon a Time in LA

We want every fan to feel safe at the festival. Specific questions regarding safety, security, medical, and any others can be directed to If you have an immediate need while on-site seek out any festival staffer, police, fire, or security personnel.

Security Screening & Entry

For the safety of everyone entering the festival, all patrons are subject to a full and complete search prior to entry. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a full body pat-down and magnetometer screening before entry. If you would like to be screened by security personnel of your same gender, please let security personnel know prior to the search process. Screening of children will always take place with the consent of a parent or guardian. Persons that refuse to comply with the search policy will be refused entry into the event.

COVID-19 Warning

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists and employees. You must follow all posted instructions while attending Once Upon a Time in LA.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present.  COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.  According to the Centers For Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending Once Upon a Time in LA, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

COVID Protocol & Policies 2021

In an effort to keep our guests, staff, vendors and artists as safe as possible, we have

implemented the following policies.

At Once Upon A Time in LA, we are requiring all guests entering the festival to either:

Provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.


Provide proof of a negative Covid-19 PCR test, taken within 72 hours of attending the festival.

We will be checking documentation for every guest upon entry. Please present your vaccination card or negative test result. Photo results saved to your phone are sufficient.

A valid photo I.D. will also be required and must match the name as it appears on your documentation. Your photo ID will be checked against your documentation. If your ID does match your test results of proof of vaccine, you will not be able to enter the venue.
